In 1992 Patty emigrated from Belfast Northern Ireland and with previous real estate experience she found it an easy transition into the Florida real estate industry.

In 1994 she became a licensed real estate salesperson, and after practicing for the requisite time and taking additional real estate course-work, she obtained her Broker designation from the state of Florida and became a Broker Associate, earning diplomas in Real Estate Brokerage Management and Real Estate Investment and Finance

Upon receiving her License in 1994, Patty joined the Century 21 system. She is currently with Century 21 Real Estate Champions in Madeira Beach Florida, where she has been a team member since 1996.

In 2000 Patty earned the C.R.S. Designation. In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist, Patty is C2EX Certified and has several designations such as CRB, ABR, CIPS, SRES, PSA, RENE, MRP, RSPS, SFR, AHWD Certifications. Patty continues to win Quality Service Awards, an award that is granted for superior customer service and excellent feedback from clients. Patty is a graduate of St. Petersburg College where amongst other classes, she studied American Sign Language which she continues to practice in her community.
Patty loves the outdoors and thrives on the challenge of gardening. She also enjoys bird watching and is a member of the National Audubon Society as well as the local St. Petersburg Audubon Chapter.
